Billionaire and Tesla founder, Elon Musk responded to the defamation case that was dragging the names of Johnny Depp and Amber Heard.
Launching Hollywoodlife on Sunday (29/5/2022), Elon Musk wrote in a tweet criticizing their trial by podcaster Lex Fridman on May 27, 2022.
“The conclusion I can draw from the Johnny Depp vs Amber Heard trial: one, fame can be a terrible thing for some people. Two, psychiatrists & lawyers come in various skill levels. Three, lying to millions of people is something humans are capable of. Four, love can fall apart. Five, mega liters of wine," Elon wrote.
"I hope the two of them get out of this soon. I wish them all the best, each and every one of them is amazing," Elon continued.
Previously, Elon Musk's name stuck out after being mentioned as Amber Heard's ex-lover. This was revealed by Christian Carino who said that Amber dated Elon just to fill the void he felt.
During the trial it was revealed a conversation between Amber and Carino in which Amber expressed her sadness after parting with Elon. Carino also responds that Amber is not in love with Elon. He had said it a thousand times that Elon was just filling in the blanks.
It is known, Amber and Elon had a romantic relationship in 2017 after separating from Johnny.
Meanwhile, closing arguments in the trial that took place on 27 May decided in deliberation by a jury that will determine whether Amber is proven to have damaged Johnny's career. This case began when Amber wrote a sarcastic sentence for Johnny Depp in The Washington Post and Johnny denied all the accusations.
At the start of the trial, a source exclusively said that Johnny had high hopes for the outcome of the trial, even though he lost the British defamation lawsuit against British tabloid The Sun for calling him a wife-beater.
"Despite everything that happened with the case in London, Johnny feels even more confident as the days at this trial have progressed, this time it feels very different because they're back in America and Johnny has supporters that weren't there before," a source said. /celebrities.id
