Angelina Jolie is accused of destroying Brad Pitt's business after selling shares of Gono-Gini's assets without permission

Brad Pitt Accuses Angelina Jolie Has Destroyed His Business For Selling Winery Shares That Are Gono-Gini's Assets Without His Knowledge And Permission.

The legal feud of former celebrity couple Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt continues even though they are officially divorced. Pitt even recently accused Angelina of wanting to destroy his business.

The reason, Angelina reportedly has sold some of the shares of the wineries owned by both. The vineyard in dispute, called Chateau Miraval SA, is located in the French village of Correns.

Angelina is said to have sold some of her shares to other companies without Pitt's permission. Which, it is a gono-gini asset that the two of them bought when they were still married.

Pitt's wine business is said to have been very successful and made millions of dollars in profits. Meanwhile, most of the materials are taken directly from the plantation.

Therefore, Pitt did not accept Angelina selling the plantation without his permission. As a result, Pitt accused Angelina of wanting to destroy his business.

"Through the purported sale, Jolie attempted to harm Pitt," Pitt's attorney said. "Jolie knew and intended that Shefler and his affiliates would try to control the business Pitt had built and undermine Pitt's investment in Miraval."

Pitt's lawyer said Angelina's actions had violated the law. As a result, Pitt had to go through difficult and tormented things because of Angelina.

"Breaking the parties' agreement, Jolie has attempted to coerce Pitt into partnering with strangers, and worse, strangers with toxic associations and intentions," he said. "All of this is a direct result of Jolie's unlawful and torturing actions."

Brad Pitt through his attorney then filed a lawsuit against Angelina in Los Angeles Superior Court. Reporting files related to the lawsuit have reportedly been given to the court.

"Jolie made the purported sale without Pitt's knowledge, denying Pitt any right of consent he had to her and any right of first refusal her business entity had," the legal letter filed by Brad Pitt said.

It is known, Angelina and Pitt bought the vineyard in 2008 at a price of 30 million USD. The French vineyard was also used as the venue for their 2014 wedding. (wk/Side)
