Meghan Markle And Prince Harry Return To America Even Though The Queen's Platinum Jubilee Isn't Over

Meghan Markle And Prince Harry And Their Two Children, Archie And Lilibet Have Returned To America Although Queen Elizabeth II's Platinum Jubilee Is Not Over. Why?

The Duke and Duchess of Sussex Prince Harry and Meghan Markle have now returned to their home in Montecito, California. Meghan and Prince Harry along with their two children, Archie and Lilibet left the UK on Sunday (5/6).

The little family returned to America on a private jet. Meghan and Prince Harry decided to go home when Queen Elizabeth II's Platinum Jubilee was not over.

Meghan and Prince Harry missed the Queen's appearance on the balcony of Buckingham Palace. The Queen watched the plane parade and greeted her citizens on the balcony of Buckingham Palace with Prince Charles and his wife, Camilla. On that occasion, Prince William and Kate Middleton along with their three children also stood on the balcony with the Queen.

Meanwhile, Prince Harry and Meghan reportedly only met with the Queen and a number of the royal family. The two also attended a Thanksgiving service which was also attended by the royal family. However, the Duke and Duchess of Sussex were not seen attending other important royal events.

Lilibet and Archie were also completely invisible during their time in the kingdom. However, a number of baby equipment appeared to be unloaded from the private jet.

According to The Sun, Meghan and Prince Harry left the UK at around 1.30pm. Meanwhile, the peak celebration of the Platinum Jubilee begins at 14.30. Thus, the two of them left the kingdom an hour before the event started.

Prince Harry and Meghan headed to Farnborough Airport to be picked up in a black Range Rover. Prince Harry was seen sitting in the driver's seat. Meanwhile, the portrait of Meghan behind her husband's chair is not clearly visible.

On the other hand, the visit was the first time Prince Harry took his little family back to England after two years deciding to settle in America. This opportunity was also the first moment the Queen met Lilibet after her birth. Royal insiders also revealed that the Queen had finally met her two grandchildren in person. (wk/Side)
