Red Hot Chili Peppers vocalist Anthony Kiedis (red) poses during the Red Hot Chili Peppers star emblem laying ceremony on the Hollywood Walk of Fame in Los Angeles, California, United States, Thursday (31/3/2022). The Red Hot Chili Peppers (RHCP) band has just been honored with a name on the Hollywood Walk of Fame.
Being part of the Hollywood Walk of Fame makes Flea and Anthony Kiedis feel very sentimental. Not without reason, this is because they were once a "Hollywood Street Kid". At the age of 15, the two often ran around at night and spent time together in Hollywood.
The punk rock band from California will receive a star with number 2,717 on the Walk of Fame. The Red Hot Chili Peppers name will be placed on the second row at 6212 Hollywood Boulevard and next door to Amoeba Records on the south side of the street, as well as next to star TV producer Harry Friedman.
The band also recently announced their new album, titled Unlimited Love, with the main song Black Summer. Red Hot Chili Peppers is a band that lasts a long time despite changing personnel frequently. According to Kiedis the vocalist, the band is not an individual story but a matter of unity. /voice.com
