Billie Eilish Reveals She Used To Sleep With Her Parents And Sister Until She Was 11 Years Old. Billie Eilish also reveals the reason behind the habit.
Billie Eilish recently revealed an interesting confession about her childhood. In an interview with the Sunday Times, Billie revealed that he had a fear of losing since childhood.
Billie even had a hard time and didn't want to be away from his parents. Because of these feelings, Billie openly admitted that he still slept with his parents and brother until the age of 11.
Billie also said that his brother, Finneas, still slept with his parents until he was 10 years old. Meanwhile, Billie just separated from his parents when he was 11 years old.
Billie admitted that at that time he had trouble sleeping alone. He felt uncomfortable when he woke up to find his parents not by his side.
Billie recalled that he would scream as loud as he could until his parents came over to him. The 19-year-old singer admitted that he was afraid of himself, especially when the lights were turned off.
"I can't sleep alone," Billie said. "If I woke up and my parents weren't in bed and the lights were off, I would scream until they came to the door."
At that time, Billie believed that insects such as scorpions were under his bed. Because of that, Billie didn't dare get out of bed when it was dark.
"And I couldn't get out of bed in the dark because I was sure there was a scorpion crawling on the floor," Billie said.
Meanwhile, Billie has recently opened up about Tourette's syndrome, which he has suffered since he was a child. The reason, Billie had the syndrome after he slept separately with his parents.
Billie admitted it made him quite uncomfortable. Billie reportedly had the syndrome since the age of 11. Tourette syndrome itself is a repetitive motion or unwanted sound and occurs continuously because it can not be controlled easily.
Billie said some people would laugh if he started experiencing Tourette's syndrome. Billie also admitted that he was annoyed because he felt he was being a joke. He was quite offended by this. (wk/Side)
