The star of the film "Juno", Ellen Page is known to have decided to change her identity to be transgender. Even the name Ellen Page has been changed to Elliot Page.


The shocking news was announced by Elliot himself in early December 2020. Many fans from various parts of the world were shocked by Elliot's announcement.


Interestingly, Elliot is now opening up about his new life as a transgender person. This interesting confession was conveyed by Elliot through an interview with Late Night With Seth Meyers.


Elliot admits that he is happier now since changing his identity to transgender. He feels more focused and grateful for many things. The 35-year-old actor is also more confident with his current identity.


"I wanted to focus and that was just incredible. The level of excitement I felt and the level of presence I felt I hadn't thought possible for a very long time. That's what I focused on and embraced," Elliot said.


Elliot also wants the haters who opposed his decision to see that his life is now more successful and happier after deciding to become transgender. Elliot admits that his life has drastically changed for the better even though many have ridiculed his decision.


"The moments in my life when I'm the least comfortable, I'm the least healthy, are the times when I'm the most angry and the least good at myself," Elliot said. "It's improved my life drastically, and I hope the people I have issues with can try and hear that and accept it on some level."


Elliot realized that there were many things he wanted to achieve, but failed. Now, one by one Elliot's dreams and aspirations have come true. All that happened after he decided to switch as a transgender.


"A lot of times I just tried to move forward and didn't get as much experience as I do now," concluded Elliot. "I think it made me better in many aspects as a person, as a friend, in a relationship." (wk/Side)
