Stalker Harry Styles Arrested And Now Testifying In Court. Peek at the Confessions and Denials of Pablo-Diana Orero Tarazaga Who Was Found Guilty By The Court.
The man who has been named a suspect in the case of stalking musician Harry Styles recently testified again in court. A man named Pablo-Diana Orero Tarazaga was found guilty after being caught entering Harry's residence without permission in 2019.
Not only breaking into Harry's house, Pablo was also accused of pushing a woman suspected of being the musician's household assistant. The woman was pushed against the wall and fell.
Pablo was also sued for damaging a number of properties after being involved in a fight with security officers. Pablo also recently appeared at the Wood Green Crown Court, London, England on Thursday (23/6). In the trial, Pablo was allowed to defend himself and give a confession related to the incident of breaking into Harry's house.
In that trial, Pablo pleaded guilty to breaking into Harry's house. However, Pablo denied the accusation of assaulting the woman at Harry's house. He also denied having damaged Harry's property.
"I found myself guilty of violating a restraining order and entering the house but not guilty of assault," Pablo said during the trial.
Now, Pablo is reportedly being detained. The follow-up hearing of the case will reportedly be held again on August 1, 2022.
After being caught stalking Harry, the court immediately issued a ban so that Pablo did not contact Harry. He is also prohibited from posting anything on social media during the legal process.
Pablo is also prohibited from approaching at least 250 meters from Harry, his residence or anything related to the One Direction personnel. The 29-year-old was also barred from attending any concerts or events that would allow Harry to appear.
In February 2022, Pablo also gave testimony at the trial. However, the man instead shouted and spoke incoherently during the trial.
Pablo kept shouting Harry's name. He also claimed to love Harry and could not hurt the idol. Not long after, Pablo dropped himself onto the floor of the courtroom. Not a few who said Pablo was just pretending to be unconscious.
Meanwhile, Harry has not commented on the case at all. He submitted all settlements to the court and the relevant team. (wk/Side)
