The Duke and Duchess of Sussex Prince Harry and Meghan Markle have finally arrived in England. The arrival of Prince Harry and Meghan to England is intended to celebrate the Platinum Jubilee of Queen Elizabeth II who has reigned for 70 years.
Interestingly, the couple brought their two children Archie Harrison and Lilibet Diana with them. The moment marked the first return of the little family of Prince Harry and Meghan to England after the two chose to live in America in 2020.
During Meghan and Prince Harry's move to America, it was widely rumored that they did not get along with the royal family. It was even rumored that the couple no longer wanted to set foot in England.
In fact not so, now Prince Harry and Meghan have just arrived in London, England. Their arrival was confirmed by Page Six.
Prince Harry and Meghan along with Archie and Lilibet will spend the night at their former residence, Frogmore Cottage, located at Windsor Castle. This will be the first meeting of the Queen and Princess Meghan and Prince Harry's daughter Lilibet, who was born last year. The moment was also Archie's first meeting with the royal family after leaving England two years ago.
Interestingly, it was rumored that the Queen would participate in celebrating Lilibet's birthday party in England. As is known, Lilibet was born on June 4, 2021. On that date, Prince Harry and Meghan are said to be still in the UK. Therefore, Lilibet is expected to celebrate her birthday at the palace.
Plus, the Queen is rumored to be missing out on her visit to Derby. Previously, on 4 June 2022, the Queen was scheduled to visit the Derby horse race with the rest of the royal family. However, the agenda is said to have been cancelled.
Therefore, The Sun reports the Queen will likely be with the royal family to celebrate Lilibet's birthday party. Meanwhile, neither the employer nor Meghan and Harry have commented on the news.
