Becoming a famous public figure is not always easy. Especially if you have to deal with fans, not all of whom are obedient and can restrain themselves. In fact, it is not uncommon for celebrities to feel annoyed with the actions of fans.

"Shang Chi and The Legend of The Ten Rings" star Simu Liu recently expressed his frustration at fans' actions. Liu spoke after what he called a not-so-great altercation with the autograph seekers.

On Wednesday morning (8/6), Liu tweeted that he was planning to file a police report against several professional autograph dealers who allegedly harassed him while at the Perelman Theater in Philadelphia for a June 7 book signing event.

Along with his tweet, the author of We Were Dreamers shared a slightly blurred image of what appeared to be two people in the front seat and the passenger of a black vehicle. The autograph seller has even followed him outside of the event.

"Best photo I could get but this professional autograph seller followed us out of a Philly event and then threw soda at our window," she captioned the photo. "They then ran to their car to remove the front number plate so we couldn't identify them."

The Marvel actor explained that he hoped to identify the people. He plans to press charges against them. "Obviously everyone is fine but we're just a little surprised that this could happen."

Following this incident, Liu warned other autograph sellers who were thinking of attending his events in the future.

"Creating autographs for people who will resell them on eBay is a personal choice," he said on Instagram Story. "Sometimes we do, but I personally don't like rewarding certain types of behavior."

"Especially when people get aggressive and invasive and make my real fans and supporters uncomfortable," he continued. "I have had several bad experiences in a row where my personal space has been violated." (wk/zodi)
