Senior actor and filmmaker Warren Beatty was sued by a woman who accused him of forcing him to have sex. Uniquely, the incident occurred in 1973 when he was 15 years old.

The woman, known as Kristina Charlotte Hirsch, filed a lawsuit in Los Angeles High Court a few days ago.

The lawsuit does not name Beatty. However, identifying the defendant has been nominated for an Academy Award for his role as Clyde in 'Bonnie and Clyde'. The characteristics of the accused were so clear that it was Warren Beatty.

Hirsch, who currently lives in Louisiana, alleged that Beatty met him on set, where he gave her unusual attention, from commenting on her appearance and giving her her phone number.

Based on his testimony, Hirsch alleged that Beatty called him many times in 1973, took him to the hotel where he was staying and took him in a car. Beatty at the time of the incident was approximately 35 years old.

The lawsuit alleges that the defendant had used his position and status as an adult and a Hollywood movie star to coerce sexual contact with the plaintiff on several occasions, including oral sex, simulated sex and finally forced sexual intercourse with a minor.

It did not stop there, in another lawsuit in the form of Hirsch getting psychological, mental and emotional pressure.

The lawsuit alleges that she had difficulty interacting with people in positions of authority as a result of sexual harassment, and had suffered problems with trust and control.

For information, Hirsch filed a lawsuit under the 2019 California law regarding child sexual abuse claims. When filing the lawsuit, Hirsch was represented by his attorneys, namely Michael Reck and Michael Finnegan from the law firm Jeff Anderson & Associates. /celebrities.id
